The octagonal shape of the Insignia, inspired by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Rajmudra, represents balance, strength, and harmony, underscoring Cedar International School’s dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals. Each side of the octagon signifies different aspects of personal and academic development, emphasizing a holistic approach to education that fosters both character and intellect. This symbolic design reflects our commitment to shaping resilient, ethical, and empowered students prepared to make a meaningful impact on the world.
The color blue used an outline of the logo represents boundless opportunities of learning like the vast, unbounded sky and the depthless ocean. blue also signifies infinite nature of the universe and the divine realm. sensitivity, imagination, and open spaces, intelligence, serenity, stability, inspiration, or wisdom. At Cedar all the stake holders are motivated to be open to share discover the depth of knowledge and explore the boundless imagination and creativity
The Cedar logo is filled with yellow to represent that the students will be instilled with the positive emotions of joy, happiness, cheerfulness , optimism , energy, creativity and conversation.
Eight Core Values: The eight sides of the octagon symbolize the eight core values that guide the school’s philosophy, illustrating the importance of these principles in shaping students’ character and actions.
The four Goals integrated into designs of Cedar International School serve as visual anchors. These goals serve as visual anchors for the students and stake holders. The Sanskrit shloka, meaning “For Self-Realization and the Welfare of the World,” serves as the school’s guiding motto.
